Democrats Insult NASCAR Fans

I'm late to this gaffe by the Democrat chairman of the Homeland Security Committee. Most Republicans have already made some hay with this, I hope the rest do:

But it certainly is symptomatic of Democrat regard for southerners. It's almost as funny as Democrat attempts to appear religious to win over southerners, and just as wrong-headed. It'll be interesting to hear Democrat candidate response to this...

I'm sure we'll hear about this over and over during the runup to the 2008 elections. Hope so!
