You'd think the master of fantasy, fear, and carnage fiction would a have little gonadinal fortitude:

You want to do a series - do another book or two on The Stand characters/storyline? FYI, you probably don't remember, but you wrote that masterpiece back when you could tell the difference between good and evil...

If Steven King doesn't have the nerve to do what must be done to protect the freedom-loving innocents of the world from Islamic tyranny, that's okay. We already have plenty of brave soldiers who do.

If you can't help at least shut up and get out of the way - our soldiers won't let IT get you Stevie...they have lots of silver bullets.
