"The private sector is doing fine." - B. Obama, June 7th, 2012

Here's a GREAT one to rekindle the fire under my vast readership:

http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2012/06/08/obama-tells-congress-european-leaders-to-improve-economy-avert-crisis/

Wow, where do you start with a comment like that? Obama went on to say that it's government that's hurting, clearly suggesting more bailout money for state and local government. Meanwhile, Fedzilla's as big as it's ever been, federal employees make way more money and have way better benefits. State and local governments may be hurting, but also have a large salary/benefits edge over the private sector and plenty of room to reduce their spending. And if they're hurting, it's mostly due to federally mandated spending.

Government as a whole is too big and costs too much, and in these days of high technology and poor economy, it's criminal not to manage the people's money and affairs better. Getting the government out of industry, reducing regulation (but NOT oversight), reforming tort law, eliminating or at least reducing Federally mandated spending, energy policy reform; these alone will solve most of state and local government problems.

Notice any tax increases in the above approach? The HORROR! On the contrary, taxes can come down and we'll still pay off our massive, end-of-the-world debt. Anybody remember the good old days when politicians got elected on promises of reducing taxes and spending? Today's Democrat party is just plain crazy if they think that's changed now...but by all signs they really do. It's the very definition of leftist insanity, delicious.

Looking forward to November as the left becomes more and more unhinged. It's going to be Christmas every day around here...!

I'm baaaaaack!

Took a few years off this lil' personal venting machine, work intrudes all too often. But I feel the need to document the 2012 election mania, and other recent events. Sure am kicking myself for not coming back before the WI Walker recall election, I've missed some serious cyber-gloating time. Don't worry, I'll catch up. :-D

I've certainly stayed abreast of the latest nonsense in the leftist media during my years off. You won't hear me ever refer to them as liberals, or progressives here, sorry - I like honesty, except to enemies. (Obama I sure hope you learn that, and change your leaking ways?) I'm sure the 'thrill up the leg' crowd of media Barry Buffers have missed my little (and I DO mean little, according to my hit counts, over this blog's entire existence) contributions to the discourse; their prayers are now answered.

But I digress - I'll be posting links again to my favorite current event stories, along with my own barely discernable fiscal conservative, lifetime registered Independent viewpoint. Even if no one reads it, at the very least my incisive wisdom and unfailing foresight are well-documented when Hollywood comes asking for the movie rights. Modesty is for losers.

"It would be a mistake to think that we are out of combat capability," [Adm. Mullen] said.

I love the Admiral's use of understated menace in that comment. Here's the whole article regarding Iran's most recent provocations in the Gulf region:

Fox News Article: Joint Chiefs respond to Iranian aggression

Unfortunately, he then waters it down a bit with the 'we prefer other options for now' disclaimer. But that's cool too, we certainly would prefer the mad mullahs think we're not about to attack them. Especially just before we do.

It's nice that US diplomacy once again has BIG TEETH, when necessary. Thank you President Bush, for that. Now, a statement like the one above by Admiral Mullen must be taken at face value, given full weight of consideration by our enemies. I truly hope they do think long and hard on their present course of nuclear action, Iraqi provocations, and dreams of a global Islamic caliphate.

But I doubt they will. The mullahs can only see their desires, it's the fatal flaw of Islam. Ahmanutjob will soon trot out a defiant, pointless, delaying denial and further provocations will ensue. Anything to delay and position for their imminent nuclear threats, of course.

A tremendous mistake, indeed. The clock is ticking...

US GPO: Treason or just Stupidity?

You be the judge, I'm leaning towards the former:

Washington Times Article: Outsourced Passports

Apparently GPO didn't get the 9/11 memo.

UFB!

Democrats: "Fuck tax cuts, more earmarks!"

When will this nation STOP VOTING FOR DEMORATS? Their latest 'screw the people' legislation will cripple this economy and bloat our government, standard practice now for the socialists in the formerly proud Democrat Party:

Fox News article: Up Yours America!

I sincerely hope W still has his veto pen handy, this budget needs to go down in flames asap.

Hamas Cheers Murdered Israeli Children, as Usual

This is the government that leftist Europe and the entire Islamic caliphate-in-the-making wants the world to accept?

Fox News Article: Hamas cheers child murder

When they can take a break from indiscriminately raining rockets down on innocent Israeli civilians, Hamas loves to sneak right into children's classrooms to kill them. Fatah is no better, just inept compared to their degenerate Hamas rivals.

And of course the average Arab in region cheers such vile, barbaric acts. Notice I did NOT say Palestinians or Palestine - there is no such place as Palestine anymore, and no such people as Palestinians. And Muslims wonder why the entire world views them as backwards, ignorant reprobates. Take a look in the mirror Islam, if it's not haram.

Waiting for CAIR to condemn this disgusting, tragic event - but I'm not holding my breath. Such condemnation would just be further taqqiya anyway, additional manipulating lies. Since today is Friday I'm sure there will be wild celebrations in American mosques tonight, and further incitement to violence against non-Muslims, as usual. I hope the FBI is also in attendance - they are no longer completely abdicating their responsibilities with regard to Muslims, despite overwhelming pressure to do so from US Democrats.

We in the United States also will never forget that Muslims around the world cheered our devastating losses on 9/11 as well...I guess Muslims just can't change. Which does not bode well for them...

UN Sec. Council to Israel: "Trust Me"

The UN Security Council announced new sanctions today that Iran has already said they'll ignore:

Foxnews.com Article: New Sanctions

If anyone thinks Israel will sleep soundly now I've got a bridge to sell you. The UN is a toothless dog, allowing itself to be wagged by the biggest proliferator of them all, El Baradei. This man has done his best to weaponize Islamic militants around the world, and there will be no credibility in any UN action on Iran until he is gone.

Even then the UN is a toothless dog. Oh well, I say we have a NATO-style regional organization in southern east Asia. Establish AATO (Asia-America Treaty Organization). Make all middle and far eastern nations choose - stability or terrorism?

And do it before China does.

Then of course, kick the UN out of the US, withdraw our membership, cut our losses. It's win-win.

McCain Considered Abandoning GOP

Holy crap! I knew McCain was a foul, double-talking fascist in disguise. But it never occurred to me to consider that he would ponder betraying his electorate. Said betrayal being joining the political party of foul, double-talking fascists in disguise. My mistake:

The Hill Article

McCain is a scumwad. Vote Romney!
